
Hiya. I started this blog before my first year of college because I was very concerned about gaining the 15 or so extra pounds they say freshman gain due to large meal plans and lack of exercise. Especially since I am a culinary major and also worked in the cafe doing baked goods. I am a ovo-lacto-vegetarian, I have been for four years. I'm also a recovering bulimic, I have had this problem since my senior year of high school.
....But I beat the freshman fifteen, and actually lost almost double the weight!
I am still on my weight loss/fitness journey towards recovery. I hope I can help those struggling as well.
