Leg and Ab Workout

Do 5 Cycles of the Following: 

  • 20 squats
  • 20 crunches
  • 10 lunges per leg
  • 10 crunches
  • 20 calf raises
  • 20 crunches 

It said something about this being a military workout before, but the military is one of the few things I hate, so I don’t care that this came from there.
