I had a binge/purge after work again… it was my last day at work (since I go back to school on Sunday) and I was really stressed out. Didn’t really know what to put so I added the peanut butter and chocolate chips since they were part of the binge.
Exercise:
40 minutes- 6.1mph/4.0 incline- running
10 minutes- jogging/3.5 incline, 5.0 mph
15 minutes- walking/3.0, 3.5 mph
Work food prep- 6 hrs.

Another screw up after work. I don’t know why I tell myself it is okay to eat the bad food because then I feel guilty. I need strength to resist the urge to purge. I did not know what food from my binge stayed down.

I am going way over in sodium. I am also having a hard time knocking off this weight. I keep fluctuating back to 120 when I used to be a steady 115.
