Hiya. I am starting my first year of college this year, and I'm very concerned about gaining the 15 or so extra pounds they say freshman gain due to large meal plans and lack of exercise. Especially since I am a culinary major and also work in the cafe doing baked goods, it's going to be quite the challenge keeping weight off.
I am a ovo-lacto-vegetarian, I have been for four years. I'm also a recovering bulimic, with a lot of extra chub... I just want to lose the fat the healthy way this time.
