DAY 125.
Okay, so today was bad but I did exercise on our new bike/elliptical stepper machine for 4 miles, 40 minutes.
I vomited a lot so here is my guess at food I held down:

no exercise… lots more puking… i need motivation.
oh yeah, the guy is coming tomorrow to fix the exercise bike and i’m going skating….

Calculating BMR.
I thought the message was funny, and made me feel a little better about myself.
This site helped me figure out how much calories I should be eating if I’m working out and either wanting to gain muscle or lose fat according to my size. It is very helpful and very thorough in explanation.

DAY 122.
Exercise:
Two Billy Blank’s Taebo tapes- basic & advanced (80 minutes)
I estimated about 350 calories burned, but it was probably less, I’m not sure, though the tape’s box says burns up to 800 per hour .. I’m so untrusting of that considering my size.
Food:
If I hadn’t went out for dinner tonight it would have been a lot better. Still I’m glad I worked...

DAY 121.
Today wasn’t what I thought it would be. I unexpectedly went out with my family to Wendy’s after we went to the mall. I threw up when I got home. Then we made gingerbread cookies. I threw those up too, well some.

DAY 120.
Exercise:
30 Sit ups, 50 scissor kicks.
Like I said, tomorrow starts my workout again. The machine we got is not set up yet but hopefully it will be soon. I’m going to do taebo tomorrow probably. :)

I had more food.. but it didn’t really stay down.

DAY 119.
Exercise:
Scissor kicks, a bunch. I walked around the mall and walmart for about three hours. I spent most of the day driving. The food I ate wasn’t good either, but I’m going to do what I want until after Christmas. Then it’s time to crack down again on this diet... lifestyle. irrevocablydazzled asked: haha i had the opposite situation, i couldnt afford a gym membership at uni, because i study in a city and everything is so expensive there, whereas i have gym equipment at home - try taking up yoga over christmas, its how i kept in relatively (not perfect) shape for the past 3 months, you have muscle memory, if you work it for just even 10 minutes a day you're body will be loyal to you

My winter break starts tomorrow, and ends January 15th. I’m going to the gym in the morning then leaving for my house… where we have no workout machines, I can’t afford a gym membership, and I have no car. I’m really scared I’ll stop working out and gain some weight back. It’s too cold to go running outside like I would normally. Can anyone give me some good...

I limited my daily caloric intake to 1000 now. I went over today.
Also, I puked after breakfast/lunch.. I tried to put what I thought was left in my log. It took me everything I had not to puke after subway. My wonderful boyfriend helped me through it this time :)
